Mortgages - No Closing Costs

Anyone that is interested, Bank Of America is offering a No Closing Cost mortgage. The only fee that is charged is for the NY Mortgage Fee/Stamp.

Assuming you're talking about a 30 year fixed, what is the rate? Is the bank just hiding the closing costs by rolling them up into the mortgage or raising the interest rate? BTW friends, lock in. Rates went up a lot last week and my financial planner, who predicted this, thinks we're in for more fast increases.

Has anyone found a good deal on Interest Rates recently? I know they just went up and I'm trying to find a bank that's offering something lower. Any ideas?
